I would like to express my sincere congratulation to my beloved Cambodian lady Mrs. Penn Setharin, she has achieved a lot of her wishes and her commitment to have spent her valuable time to teach, to write and/or to translate a lot of books from Japanese into Cambodian. Right now she is living in Japan, her husband is general secretary to the Khmer community in Japan. My friend Uch Perom (living in USA) and Setharin herself did ask me, to publish her new novel at my website.
